FAQ

For orders outside Canadaapplicable duty and taxes may be imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Check with your local customs office for more information. Some countries will not allow food items, cosmetics, jewelry, or certain other goods to clear customs and your order may be delayed or returned if an item of this type is included in your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible due to delays caused by customs and/or border control.

Returns & ExchangesAll returns are for exchange only. You must return item within 30 days of the date of sale. You are responsible for related shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied by receipt or packing slip.
Due to the special nature of some of our products involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law as well as seasonality, there are several exceptions to the general policy of accepting returns and issuing store credits. These include, but are not limited to:

ShofarsWe will only accept returns on shofars which are defective or cracked. All shofars are carefully inspected before shipping. 

Mezuzah parchments and tefillinOur standards Halacha for these products are of the highest level. All Mezuzah Parchmanet and Tefillin are FINAL SALE. 

Computer software, CD's and videosThese items cannot be returned after they have been opened unless the item is defective. 

Etrog and lulavDue to their perishable nature and our need to pre-order specified amounts, all etrog and lulav orders are final. 

Custom imprinted productsAnything requiring customization or altering of a product (such as imprinted kippot or engraved jewelry) cannot be returned unless the reason for return is a result of our error. 

Imported specialty itemsThere are no returns on a number of imported specialty items. If this is of concern to you, please contact us by phone before purchasing the item.

How to Return a Package:
Please wrap your package securely and include your packing slip (make sure you keep a copy from your packing slip). For your protection, we recommend you return your package via UPS, FedEx, or insured mail.
